Key personnel in our firm also take on leadership roles in professional
activities. For example, the firm's Chief Executive Officer served as Past
President and Chairman of the internationally recognized Turnaround
Management Association, an 8,500 member professional trade association. He
has also served on the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management
Association as well as the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals.

- In 1997, TMA recognized Mr. Auchterlonie’s contributions by awarding him
its “Outstanding Service to the Profession” Award.
- TMA's 2004 Turnaround of the Year Award went to The Scotland Group, Inc.
for our work on ProdiGene, Inc.
- In 2008, TMA again recognized Mr. Auchterlonie as an Honorary Inductee
into its "Restructuring and Distressed Investing Industry Hall of Fame."
