banking relationships and renegotiated past-due invoices to long term
interest only notes. She negotiated contracts and leases including the
successful negotiation with two separate landlords to preclude them from
placing direct competitors and co-tenants and wrote a comprehensive
business plan for use in raising $4 million in private placement funds.

first round of capital. Ms. Haley directed the successful restructuring
of the restaurant group to form a new LLC consolidating the compliment
of the business. She also redesigned the financial reporting system to
provide comprehensive analytical information and streamlined cash flow
forecasting tools to engineer the turnaround. Ms. Haley wrote the
business plan including five year financial projections raising two and
a half million dollars in private placement funding.
